our structure
We're aiming to base everything that Soma does around the people we are.
Rather than looking at jobs that need doing and finding people to do them, we want to find out what people are passionate about and help them to do it. We want gifts based ministries rather than a task focussed ministries!
We want every member to be using the gifts that God has given them within the body to grow it as a whole, knit together in love of Christ and the desire to see his kingdom come!

Everthing that goes on within our community is then contained within 4 ministries, the "4M's!" that all function together to make soma happen! Serving at soma is only possible if you are a member of the soma family.
